There is a lot of paperwork associated with entry in a preschool. Everything you need is on this page in PDF format. Most of the forms can be filled out before your child’s first day. All forms must be filled out and on file at Enlightened Play Preschools before your child can be enrolled and attend school.
If you print the forms, fill them out, and bring them with you before your child attends, it will make the whole process go more quickly.

To expedite paperwork, you may want to read and prepare all of the above forms (except the Tuition Agreement) and bring them with you to enroll your child. The Tuition Agreement will be filled out by Caring Connection Representative.
